Hello,

I’m in a 4-month leadership effectiveness program that is coming to an end. Our team is raising $38,500 for The Torch Foundation by 9/14/25.

The Torch Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit offering transformational leadership workshops for teens (ages 13–17), centered on social-emotional intelligence, self-awareness, resilience, and leadership skills.  Teens discover their maximum potential, identify and confront limiting beliefs and learn practical tools to overcome obstacles and transform their lives. The program is delivered in partnership with schools, community centers, and donor hosts, primarily in Southern California and Massachusetts. 

The entire training - a 2 day workshop followed by coaching calls - costs approximately $500 per teen, but is provided completely free thanks to donations and sponsor partnerships.

All donations are 100% tax-deductible.
